This is a real shame - Techcrunch UKIt was certainly one of the few places to go for honest and thorough discussions of the tech world and start-ups. I know people like Mydeo got a really good hearing from Sam - who actually understood what they did and didn’t lump them in with YouTube and the like.
And it appears from other blogs there are a lot of start-ups who feel equally sorry to see Sam go - for appearing to simply tell the truth.
Looks like a good opportunity for Sam to strike out with his own blog and Techcrunch UK will gently drop off the radar.
