I let myself down today.  It started with a gentle smirk … one I though I could control.  But as I concentrated on not allowing the smirk to become a laugh - I laughed.  I was laughing indicreetly and had to duck in to a shop. 

There are some things that you just shouldn’t laugh at.  But there are also some things that are just funny … fact. 

That’s why, when I was walking towards a man wearing one of these (see the beauty on the left) earlier, I lost it.

Something about the look of indifference on his face coupled with the neck thing is a mervellous thing.

Frankly, I’m enjoying looking at the photo even now.

And it got me thinking - there are some things that you shouldn’t laugh at that are just too tempting:

1. a footprint in dog turd

2. someone spilling a hot drink on themselves

3. someone falling over in the street

4. people losing their temper in public

5. lisps

6. a politician being egged.  Or better still, hit with a custard pie 

7. Birmingham accents

8. asthma

9. People who’ve broken their feet and have to wear slippers out of doors

I’m sure you’ve got your own - you know you shouldn’t laugh.
