Some reviewers rock!

ok, I’m suspicious of reviewers.  Why?  Well I think they are more usually driven by a need to shoehorn in gags and self flagellate than actually review things.  Why do I say that?  Well, I used to be both a film and wine reviewer/critic and I’m not convinced the product of my pen was of use to anyone!  I tried to be clever, sneaky and hugely funny - so much so, that sometimes I’d realise I hadn’t actually mentioned the wine/film in question.

That’s why this review of the plooptionary deserves special mention.  And it’s this simple - flatter me and I’m anybody’s … Chrissie I love you!  Actually it’s about more than that.  Lots of blog reviews are often only reviews of the first post.  Chrissie (the marvellous Chrissie) read a good deal of the plooptionary before coming to her very sensible rating - I quote “I am going with almost 5 here, my nearest to perfect review thus far. Content is spectacular, the writing is very well done.”

A fine review - well considered!

Well done Chrissie.

PS: Chrissie is not, as yet, family!

NOTE: For anyone needing a stomach churning moment - pop over to this story on the BBC.  This is very odd indeed - but at least he’ll be ok for milk

  1. a business trip in norfolk…? i’m sure there’s a graph in that although technically i think you’ll find that the set norfolk and the set business are mutually exclusive.

  3. 5/5 for you from me toooo for different reason!

I hate those who forget to ask questions. These people are always ready to take things for granted.

I personally love to read your blog because you love to ask questions subtly!

Carry on and I am sorry to miss the party in Norfolk (ha ha ha).

  6. Piff and pashaw. I only read blogs that get a FULL 5 rating, none of this “almost 5″ nonsense. I am a busy man, you know.

I am joking, of course. Congratulations to you, Mr. Ploop!
