Twitter - for those of you who don’t know, is an online ‘conversation’. Lot’s of people have a twitter box on the side of their blogs to say what they are doing (you can update your blog by SMS - which makes it very useful if you are away from your computer).
nb: In Malawi for example, there are about 50,000 Internet users against about 700,000 mobile phone users out of a population of about 12 million.
