A friend of mine met someone for a coffee in Starbucks today and they ordered tea. It’s been bothering me ever since she told me about it. I’m not convinced I could relax with someone drinking tea in Starbucks. It feels sinister. Sneaky. Sly.
Believe me – I don’t think you should drink the coffee in Starbucks either, but that’s not the point. Drinking tea in Starbucks having specifically met someone there is devious – you’ve been warned.

Should you trust people who order tea in Starbucks?…
Mmmm… love coffee. Actually, I’m pretty much addicted to it. And yeah, it is kinda weird to order tea at Starbucks.
I can second your addiction terrashield. I’m not sure ‘wierd’ is the word for ordering coffee in Starbucks though … the word is ‘wrong’ or ’suspicious’!

Sabrina – funnily enough I have a rich seam of tolerance running through my body for chocolate drinkers. Chocolate, like coffee, can be decadent so it’s something ok to order.
Tea … well I think I’m on the record with my views there!
Ok so i got a message saying i would be treated like a king/queen the next time i visited but here i am and NOTHING!!! No tiara….no pigeons being released in my honor!!!

I’m a coffee lover myself and find coffee @ Starbucks good but not great. However, tea at Starbucks? Now that’s something that I haven’t tried before. Hmmm… not really a tea person but will try that someday.
Tim, I think the point of the post is that drinking tea at Starbuck is a bad thing. I urge you not to drink tea there on account of anything you have written here
