Cloop is a Londoner, an occasional producer of television programmes and an old old friend of Ploop. He is delighted to be asked to become a contributor on the Plooptionary to which he passionately subscribes and shares the same angers, passions and rages as the site’s creator.
Both are British - neither shout about it.
